The Lifestory Research 2022 America's Most Trusted® Faucet Brand Study is based on interviews with 9,655 customers chosen at random and surveyed about their experiences and opinions among the 10 faucet brands. The responses were used to score each brand on an index scale, which Lifestory Research used to rank the brands from lowest score to highest score, or worst to best. The Lifestory Research 2022 America's Most Trusted® Faucet Brand Study found that the most trusted brand among people considering the purchase of a faucet brand was Moen.  Moen generated the best reviews and trust ratings among the most popular faucet brands as rated by consumers.  Moen generated a Net Trust Quotient Score of 120.6 and the 5 Star Trust Rating among people actively shopping for a faucet. WHICH FAUCET BRAND CAN YOU TRUST?

The Lifestory Research America's Most Trusted® Study evaluates all types of home products, home builders, and home services yearly from Home Builders to HVAC Systems to Tools to Kitchen Appliances. In the 2022 study, more than 50 product categories were surveyed. The America's Most Trusted® Study 2022 is based on interviews with people chosen at random and contacted between January 2021 and December 2021.

At Lifestory Research, we continually test new faucet brands as they capture consumers' attention shopping for specific brands. We rate faucet brands on their ability to capture customers' trust. The Net Trust Quotient Score is an objective ranking that identifies the faucet brands most successful in putting their customers first and earning their trust.

WHAT IS THE MOST RECOMMENDED FAUCET?

Survey participants evaluate their experiences with products of the largest brands based on market share and brand awareness. Questions in the survey assess faucet trust, faucet quality, positive and negative word of mouth, faucet brand reputation, the most recommended faucet, and other brand equity measures. This work by Lifestory Research aims to understand people and their relationships with brands to identify opportunities to increase sales and strengthen brand equity.
