What are the Best New Home Search Websites?

Every year, millions of individuals rely on search engines to embark on the quest for a new home. Dedicated new home search websites serve as a platform where prospective buyers can explore homes aligning with their preferred location, budget, and style. While real estate websites initially functioned as mere listing platforms, they have evolved into comprehensive resources offering valuable information and research support for home buyers and sellers. In today's landscape, these websites enable users to discover multiple homes that meet their preferences and assess the estimated value of each property. The wealth of data these new home search websites provide has become an indispensable tool for individuals selling or buying new homes.

The 2024 America’s Most Trusted Study

Introduced over a decade ago, America's Most Trusted® has been pivotal in illuminating brands about the influence of trust on consumer buying decisions. Understanding the critical role of consumer trust is a characteristic of successful brands. With annual updates disclosed in January, this study has solidified its position as the definitive gauge of brand trust.

The term "brand trust" refers to a customer's belief in a brand's ability to meet its obligations. Building brand trust with customers is crucial to ensuring their continued loyalty. Customers are more likely to purchase and recommend a brand that they trust when they trust it. In addition to building customer loyalty, brand trust helps to build customer loyalty as customers are more likely to remain loyal to the brand they trust.

Every year, Lifestory Research shares the results of the America's Most Trusted® study. The survey we conduct every year involves surveying thousands of people about their perceptions of and experiences with different brands. While shopping for specific products, people are surveyed to find out how much they trust specific brands. Our Net Trust Quotient Score is validated for this study.

Net Trust Quotient Scores (NTQS) are a metric that assesses whether consumers are confident about a particular brand within a particular product category. The scores determine if the product meets consumer expectations compared to competitors. Using social and opinion science research practices that adhere to the highest quality consumer research standards, this trust metric aims to provide consumer-driven insights into consumer behavior.
