The 2024 America’s Most Trusted Study

The America's Most Trusted® study has helped brands understand how trust impacts consumer behavior in its decade-plus existence. The most successful brands understand how consumer trust influences the outcome of their business. The study has become the benchmark for measuring brand trust, and its updated results are released every January.

Brand trust is the customers' faith in a brand's ability to fulfill its commitments. Cultivating and upholding brand trust is vital for ensuring customer retention. When consumers place trust in a faucet brand, they display heightened confidence in making purchases and advocating it to others. Moreover, faucet brand trust is instrumental in fostering customer loyalty, as individuals are more inclined to remain devoted to a faucet brand they trust. It serves as a cornerstone for repeat business, stimulates organic referrals, and fosters positive perceptions of the faucet company.

We have shared the most recent America's Most Trusted® study results each year since Lifestory Research began conducting the study. Thousands of people are surveyed on their perceptions and experiences with over 75 products yearly. In this study, we evaluate how much people trust faucet brands when shopping based on the Net Trust Quotient Score.

The Net Trust Quotient Score (NTQS) is a quantifiable gauge that assesses customers' trust in a specific brand within a defined product category. This metric plays a pivotal role in determining if a product aligns with customer expectations compared to rival brands. Grounded in social and opinion science research principles, the NTQS delivers consumer-driven data insights, upholding the utmost standards of consumer research quality.

Which are the most trusted faucet brands? This question was answered by evaluating the top faucet brands in the America's Most Trusted Study. By asking participants to rate each brand within a particular product category, the study attempts to identify the faucet brands they trust most.

The Lifestory Research ratings, reviews, and awards are based on detailed survey feedback based on the opinions and trust ratings of those surveyed in the faucet study. We do not use third-party reviews and ratings, editorial committees, or industry professionals in determining the most trusted faucet brands. We rely on real people's opinions and rigorous social scientific survey standards to obtain faucet ratings, including sample sizes designed to reflect the target audience's opinions. All faucet research findings are exclusively founded on the opinions of people who independently completed the surveys in America's Most Trusted Research program.
